Create an OrthoIndy Unified Messaging Box

You'll need to do this if the user hasn't been migrated to Office 365 yet.  Any newly imported user will automatically get created as an Office 365 user.  So to add the OrthoIndy profile to use the old Exchange server you need to follow the steps on the attached document.
