In order for Allscripts 17.1 to display all windows properlyon Lenovo Laptops, the resolution and DPI scaling must be adjusted in Windows 10. To do this, follow the steps below:
Reset Internet Explorer, then...
- Right click on the desktop and select Display Settings
- Scroll Down until you see the section called Scale and Layout
- In the Display Resolution box, change the selection to be 1366 x 768
- When prompted hit the Keep Changes button.
- Under where it says "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" set the scaling to be 100%
- Have the User log out of Windows and back in. Log in to Allscripts and ensure everything looks correct.
- If it still isn't correct, go under Internet options > Advanced, Reset IE settings.
- Go to display properties > custom scaling, enter 100.
