Improving dictation quality

Go into Sound in Control Panel > Recording tab.
Select the microphone > Properties > Levels tab. Set array and boost levels to maximum. Apply changes and close.
Go into Speech recognition in Control Panel > Set up microphone > select the appropriate microphone > Next > Next > do the dictation > Finish.
Have the user do a test dictation in Allscripts.
