Cancelling Report in Meditech

You will need to obtain the type of the report (Progress Note, H&P), author and time of the report.

Select name from list

Select view report to find correct report, you will need to select MORE at top to scroll to next options.  You will need to gather date and time of report to cancel from user calling.
