1. Install from \\sccm\Packages\Cisco IP Communicator\CiscoIPCommunicatorSetup.msi or .exe
2. Go through Audio Tuning Wizard.
3. When interface comes up, right-click anywhere on the phone > Preferences > Network tab.
4. Under Device Name, choose 'use this device name' and enter SEPccccccccxxxx, where xxxx is the primary extension.
5. Under TFTP server, choose 'use these TFTP servers'
TFTP Server 1 10.100.220.14
TFTP Server 2 10.100.220.15
