If the user is unable to send a prescription and is getting an error message, there may be a conflict with a No Reported Medication in the patients chart.
1. Remote into user's computer
2. In the patient's chart, in the Clinical Desktop, look in the lower left corner of the screen.
3. Click on Order and look to see if there is an entry for No Reported Medication; Status ACTIVE recorded
4. Right click on the entry and select "Enter in Error" from the menu
5. This will cancel this entry
6. The commit button will now be highlighted in Yellow
7. Click on the commit button and then click on Save and Continue.
8. The user should now be able to order the medication.
