re-pair Jabra headset with base

If a Jabra headset loses the pairing to its base, take these steps:
- Unplug the power to the base
- Connect the Jabra earpiece to the base
- Hold down the main button on the earpiece. The white light should begin to flash. After a moment, it should begin to flash even faster. Let go of the button
- plug the power in to the base.
- Once it finishes restarting, the headset should now be paired.
