The following Requirements need to be met in order to scan into Cactus:
- The computer needs to have the Cactus Client Services application installed. The MSI for this can be located at \\nwb.echart.local\dfsroot\IT$\Apps\Cactus
- The scanner that will be connected to the computer will need to support WIA drivers. The Brother ADS-2000e scanners in Credentialing support this functionality. Install the WIA driver on the computer and plug the scanner in.
