If an end user tries to view an older note in Allscripts and the note appears in Wing Ding Font, Allscripts has suggested the following:
It appears there may be some sort of settings that changes the default font the user has. Here are a couple links on checking/setting the user font in Windows 10:

The default font must be set to Arial in Windows 10 and it appears that every now and then, the default font is set to something else.
