If a users wants the printer to hold a job at a printer with PaperCut,
- Verify that 'Job Storage' is disabled in the local printer driver.
- Select the printer and click 'Manage'
- Click 'Printing Preferences'
- Under the 'Job Storage' tab, select 'Off' in the 'Job Storage Mode' section, and click 'Ok"
- Verify that \\nwb-print-04\PaperCut-PickYourPrinter is available on the local workstaiton
- Have them send the print job to 'PaperCut-PickYourPrinter'
- After the job has been sent, they can release the job at any printer with PaperCut installed by selecting the PaperCut 'Print Release' button.
Note: If 'Job Storage' is configured on the local print driver, we will not be able to find the print job.
