Cannot send Prescription - Home Phone Number Missing

A prescription in Allscripts cannot be sent electronically if the home phone number is missing for the patient. When registering a patient in Moxee, the cell phone should be duplicated into the home phone field, if the patient does not have a home phone number. This will interface to Allscripts. If you find that the patient does not have a home phone number, follow the instructions on the attached to put a home number in Moxee.
