If a Team Lead or Manager cannot see a team member's jobs listed in PaperCut on the printer:
- Check that the user has been added to the appropriate PaperCut AD group. The groups can be found in AD, under 'Distribution Groups' -> 'PaperCut Group'
- If user is in the group, but the the Team Lead or Manger cannot see it, verify that the Team Lead or Manager has the ability to release the group's print jobs
- Finally, if the above steps do not work, resynch the Users/Groups in Papercut
