How to reset the Reg Flow Site

- Restart IOH Registration service on NWB-MIRTH-01

- Give it a good 5 minutes to replicate

- If no data, check db_owner.TodayPatientData in IOHRegTime database at NWB-WEB-01\REG

- If data is there, issue is with Registration Check In website on NWB-WEB-01
