If a printer is printing prescriptions out on plan paper, check that
- Check that Tray 3 has paper
- Check that the preferences (printer 'Properties' -> Preferences) for the prescription printer on the print server are set for
- Paper Size: A4
- Paper Source: Tray 3
- Print on both sides: No
- Paper Type: Preprinted
- Check that Tray 1 is empty
