Due to a March 2021 Windows Cumulative Update, printing tiffs, jpg, or other graphical formats, parts of the document not print.
Here's the walk through to install the patch that address this issue.
This patch will require a reboot!
- Save and close all their applications and documents
- Find out what version of Win 10 they are running
- Start -> Settings -> System -> About (It will be at the bottom of the page
- Download (IN EDGE) and install the appropriate version of the patch
- Manually reboot the system if Windows doesn't ask
- Print a test fax
