MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE LATEST YEARLY CERT FOR THE SOFTWARE
(Cert usually expires around June an will have to be updated on all the PC’s at the nurses station an managers office)
Software location: X:\Apps\Ascom Nurse Call Unite
1. Install Unite Cert
2. Import Wizard select Local Machine (Click Next)
3. Filename should say X:\Apps\Ascom Nurse Call Unite\Unite 2022.pfx (Click Next)
4. Password box password is (password) select Mark this key as exportable (Click Next)
5. Select Place all certificates in the following store
6. Click browse
7. Select the (Trusted Root Certification Authorities) (Click Next)
8. Click Finish
9. Security warning that you are about to install the cert an (Click Yes)
10. Should get a box that says import successful
11. Install the client Installer.Unite.Client
12. Click the I accept the terms License Agreement
13. Click Next
14. Server Name box type or paste from server name word pad docuement (nwb-unite-01.nwb.echart.local)
15. Port should already default to 443
16. Click the the 443 box so Next button becomes available (Click Next)
17. Install both Unite Admin an Unite Assign (Select the install buttons on the right side of the install box)
18. Click Next
19. Click Install
20. The install will proceed an click finish
· I add the Icons under the start menu to the public desktop so everyone can find it
