If someone calls and is unable to connect to OI-Data but others in the area are able to connect, there is a quick step that usually fixes it.
On a Windows 10 Laptop have them click on the wireless icon in bottom right corner. It may be a standard wifi symbol or a white globe icon. Either way, it should show them a list of available wireless networks.
Right click on the OI-Data network and choose forget
Click on OI-Data and choose connect
Connect anyway if prompted
Let the customer know it may take a minute to reestablish the connection. It will likely say "connected no internet" first and then "connected secured"
These steps can be attempted for approved mobile devices but this fix typically applies to Lenovo Laptops.
