Anitra frequently has trouble access the shared physiatry voicemail box. Please see the instructions below. I have put them in a txt file on her desktop as well.
Physiatry Shared Voicemail Instructions:
**Note: Extension 1471 is set to flash when there is a voicemail in Physiatry voicemail 2859**
1. Select your queue line (extension 1471)
2. Select the voicemail icon
3. Press * (star)
4. Enter voicemail extension 2859#
5. Enter the voicemail pin followed by #
You have a personal voicemail setup for your backline. If you select extension 2028 and hit the voicemail button, it will take you to your personal voicemail not the physiatry voicemail.
