Scenario:
TheraOffice is failing to update. Error message:
Access is denied to file C:\Program Files(x86)\Hands On Technology\TheraOffice\TheraOffice.exe.
Navigate to the Hands On Technology directory. Set the Trusted Installer account to have Full Control over that directory and all sub-directories. Re-start TheraOffice and the update should run without issue.
