How to create a distribution list:
Navigate to:
Click Recipients to the left
Click Groups
Click the plus (+)
Click Distribution Group
Input Display Name and Alias
Click "Browse" next to Organizational Unit:
Navigate to Distribution Groups OU and either select a subfolder (i.e. Vendor Notification) or keep the "Distribution Groups" OU selected and click "Ok"
Add Owner (i.e. IT Staff)
Add Members
Choose closed and closed for last two options
Click Save
*There will need to be an Active Directory Sync that can take up to 30 minutes.
