If they get a popup when trying to print labels that states "Alexgold configuration, true" and no labels print out, check and see the default printer. If it does not allow you to set the default printer, start the print spooler from an elevated cmd "net start spooler" and then it allows you to change the default printer again. Then have them log out and log back into Alex Gold and they are able to print the labels.
