If Xray and MRI Techs are saying that the Orthoindy computers are working fine, but that Xray's or MRI images are not crossing over then we need to escalate. Sometimes they will report this issue as a network issue. Usually can confirm not a network issues by seeing that the Orthoindy Computer are still up and connected to the network
If this happens please escalate to applications. If you cannot get ahold of applications please escalate to an Engineer.
