Maintenance uses a Thermostat Software for the Outpatient PT Building called Zone Plus.
In the IDF at Outpatient PT, they have an OrthoIndy provided desktop with Zone Plus installed on it.
This PC is not on the domain and doesn't have a password set

To install this software, you need run it in Windows XP compatibility mode as an admin.
To interface with the ZoneX hardware, you need to connect the USB cable to the computer running the Zone Plus software. That can be traced back to the white Zonex box on the wall if replacement is needed. (it is a standard USB A to USB B/printer cable)
After it is installed, check device manager to determine which COM port is being used by the Zonex hardware.
Open the ZonePlus software and click connect and select the correct COM port
