When deploying a net new printer, below are some items to consider
1. Meditech Printing - long wait time up to 3 months
2. Touchworks Printing - less wait time, requires vendor assistance
3. Faxing - analog lines should work but some printers have analog for outbound and Concord for inbound - Concord needs configured to point to the IP of the new printer for it to receive faxes
4. GPO - printers are pushed out based on subnet for hardwired devices and that needs to be manually updated with the new printer
5. DHCP - best practice is to take reservations from the top of the Subnet (start with 255 and go down)
