New Ring Central Contact Center User

** Perquisite to Contact Center account creation is having an RC MVP account and finalized extension. **

The MVP extension is used for the Station ID step below and changing the MVP extension without updating the Station ID Phone number will break the link

1. Login to contact center at https://na1.nice-incontact.com/
2. Navigate to the Admin area by clicking on the grid in the top left and then clicking "Admin"
3. Click on "Create Employee" in the top right area
4. Fill out the blanks and make the email address and the username the same and click create and invite (email will be valid for 24 hours before requiring resend)
5. Click on the grid and click ACD
6. Click on Stations 
7. Click "Create New" < "Single Station"
8. Station Name is their first and last name i.e. Ben Lowie
9. Phone number is 99970113178022000*#### (#### is the user's MVP extension)
10. Caller ID can be their full 10 digit MVP DID
11. Station Profile is "Manual Answer (ring)"
12. Click Create Station and provide the newly created Station ID to the user for first time sign in to Max agent

**Please note that "Station IDs" are different from "IDs" that are in other parts of ACD. The only place you can find a Station ID is under ACD<Stations**
