Unbox device and plug into work desk station:If Desktop for IOH take out SSD
Power on and during start up press F12 key repeatedly
Select App Configuration
Navigate to Security
Select Reset to Setup
Press F10 to save and exit
Press F12 key repeatedly
Select PXE boot with IPV4, then Hit Enter
Another menu pops up requesting Admin Pass
Sign in with your credentials
Input values for what type of computer, where it is going, and asset number
Asset numbers are in 3 categories OE, OI, IOH (IOH starts with 104 for desktop) (OI is 103) (OE is 100)
*Most desktops are under $1000 which means they are under capital
**Laptops may be more, typically will have asset numbers accounting has created for them.
***Default apps are fine but PT may need extras

Device will go into Staging folder in AD from OrthoIndy All:
Right click on device and move to location folder (desktops go into NWB workstations for example)
Once that is moved, computer will need to be restarted
Once restarted, log in with your credentials:
Run program, select all updates and it will reboot on its own
Add to Meditech:
Add Label to device:
Add wireless antennae from box
For Laptops:
Make sure device is out of Staging and in NWB Laptops
Add device to "Wireless Users" group
Make sure to remove Ethernet cable and connect to internet prior to taking to user.
There is a BIOS setting in T14's and possibly newer Lenovo where the screen will lock when the user is facing away or walks away from the computer. The temporary fix is to put tape or a post-it over the camera sensor.
Permanent Fix:
BIOS > Security > IntelligentSecurity > User Presence Sensing OFF
