Disabled Users:-Find the list in the ticket
-Run "Disable User" powershell script
-Pull up Active Directory
-Send to Applications to finish
**A script runs on the server to remind us that a user who is disabled for 30 days has an Office license ready to remove. No need to remove it manually before this step.
**It is usually disabled on a delay of 30 days for Office group removal
