Deficient Letters

1. Ensure Developer Tools are added to the Ribbon by clicking in the main ribbin and selecting "Developer" 
        a. This can be found under File-->Options-->Customize Ribbon-->Developer


2. Click on the developer menu item and select the visual basic icon

3.  Copy files from the IT folder (X:\Meditech Deficiency Word Macros) to the users documents folder under a folder called word macros.  e.g.  \\nwb.echart.lcal\dfsroot\user$\USERNAME\Word Macros

4. Click on File and then Click on Import File:

5. Import both files in the directory    
        a. \\nwb.echart.lcal\dfsroot\user$\USERNAME\Word Macros
6. You should now have the Modules and Class Modules in the Word Document
       a. Make sure the module and Class are under the "Normal" Project. You will most likely have to drag and drop them there.
7. You can close the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Window
8. Right click in the Main Window ribbon and select Customize Ribbon 
9. At the bottom right import the customization file from the same directory 
\\nwb.echart.local\dfsroot\users$\vmontgomery\Word Macros
10. You should now have the “Deficiency Letters” Menu item and the “Transform Deficiency Letters” Icon to run the Macros
