If you get an error when launching TheraOffice with the text from the title each time you try to run theraoffice, here is the guide.
This error will also occur if you reboot and even uninstall the program and delete the Hands On Technology folder.
- Uninstall TheraOffice
- Delete the Hands on Technology folder in programs (86x)
- Save user passwords, bookmarks, and any data they have that isnt backed up
- Log out of user profile and into your own
- Run Delete Old Profiles script from IT drive
- once their profile is deleted you can exit the script and have them log back in
- Once their profile has been deleted and they have then logged back on, reimport their data
- Use the link in Update TheraOffice KB article to download the program
- Then the program should run and you will have to reconfigure the connection settings which is in another TO KB article.
