(Follow instructions below to uninstall previous version if needed, if not the link is in step 4)

Please follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall the AirMic application on your Windows PC to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Uninstall AirMic: Completely uninstall the application. Open up Add and Remove programs on the PC. In the search bar of the Add and Remove screen, search iScribe AirMic and click the 3 dots to the far right of the application name. Select Uninstall and follow the prompts.

  1. During this process, please make sure you delete the iScribe Health folder by opening the file explore and following these steps to locate the folder: [This PC > Local Disk (C:) > Program Files (x86) > iScribe Health]. Right-click the iScribe Health folder and select delete. Navigate to the trash bin and then empty the bin.

2. Remove the iScribe Extension: Open Google Chrome and confirm that the iScribe extension has been removed.
- Three linear dots "ellipsis" at the top right-hand corner > Extensions > Manage Extensions > Search "iScribe AirMic. If you are not able to locate the extension, then it was deleted.
3. Restart your computer.

5. Re-add the iScribe Extension: After reinstalling, go back into Google Chrome and re-add the iScribe extension, ensuring it is enabled.
6. Log into the AirMic application and make sure you have the most updated version
