RL6 login

Question:

Mary Ramey is unable to log into RL6. When she tries to login, it gives her this message. She used to work in PPOP years ago, left for a couple of years and started working for Orthoindy again early last year. Would you be able to reset a password for her?



Answer:

It looks like this issue needed to be handled by Suzanne Smith in Risk Management. We passed the info along and she was able to change Mary's login from inactive to active in the RL6 environment that only Suzanne has access to.
