If a user does not have Synapse desktop client / needs updated to newest version go here:
Chrome will throw a warning asking if you want to keep the file and download it, allow it
On the install wizard check the Synapse VX install option (along with the others it has already)
Continue through the install wizard.
When it finished it will take a second for it to connect to the network (it will have the Synapse symbol in the hidden icons tray with a line through it, once it connects the line will go away)
Right click on it once it is connected, Settings, then select Synapse VX, and OK.
