There is a BIOS setting in T14's and possibly newer Lenovo (at the time) where the screen will lock when the user is facing away or walks away from the computer.
Temporary fix is to put tape or post-it over the camera sensors.
Permanent fix:
BIOS > Security > IntelligentSecurity > User Presence Sensing OFF
