Just a reminder to staff, there are 2 separate accounts that you use to sign in to access the Allscripts application. When you are having an issue with the FIRST login and you contact their support that is not considered your Allscripts account. That is considered your “AD” account. When discussing this with their support, do not call this your Allscripts account. The final login is the only one that is considered your Allscripts account and is completely separate from the first login.
For example, if you are not able to get past this screen below or receive this error and you have to contact HIS for support please say the following “I am not able to login to the RDS with my AD account”. This will then make sure the proper support is looking into your account as your final Allscripts login is handled by different support than this account. These accounts are not managed by IHTSC and I am not able to reset these accounts.
Then if they reset your password, or if you reset it yourself, you have to put in “his\” before your username as the username and check the box for “remember me” as seen in the example below.
