Elkay archive path failures

If anyone calls and says that they are getting the error message below when trying open documents from the Archive, the issue is related to the Adobe PDF extension in Chrome and can be resolved by simply disabling the extension.

Once this has been done, they should be able to view documents in Archive without issue.
