How to add an email attribute in Outlook
1. Open up your Outlook email. Then click on "new email"
2. Once the email is open you will click on "To" then a new screen will open.

3. Once the "Add recipients" is open, go to Offline Global Address list. Then type in the name of the group (example: email to fax). Then click on the "+" to add it to your email. Finally hit Save.
