Cancel/Reschedule Appointment Error

Occasionally when an appointment is in checkout status (Status 4) with no claim created, an error message will prevent the appointment from being scheduled. 

You can cancel the appointment using the Legacy Schedule workflow. Here’s how:

Go to Patient Quickview

Scroll to Appointments

Toggle New Appointment Schedule OFF (to enable Legacy Schedule)

Click Scheduling > View Patient Appointments

Open the appointment
Go to Check-in phase

Click Cancel or Reschedule Appointment

Select a reason and confirm.
