How to login with IHTSC users

1. Go to Bomgar "Beyond Trust Remote Support" and login. 

2. Once logged in go to "Start".

3. This screen will come up, you will go to "Jump To" 

4. Ask the user for the Computer Name. They can get this information by going to settings on their computer and click open. 

5. On the settings page, have your user give you the "FULL DEVICE NAME" 

6. Then enter that information on Bomgar where it says: Hostname/IP 

7. Then click "Jump"

8. It will then ask for your credentials. You have to put in: 

hsa\ (IHTSC username) and then IHTSC password.
