Credentialing Cactus DB (sProvider) "On Prem" affiliation letters - FYI

FYI – we had an issue with our Affiliation Letters and the help person at Symplr let me know they do not document our links!! (Because we are “OnPrem” rather than SaaS.)

Could someone please document this somewhere for future generations?  In order to update / configure our Affiliation Letters, an administrator must go to the affiliations configuration website: https://iresponse.orthoindy.com/AffiliationLetters/configuration

The administrator logs in with the same credentials used to get into the Cactus database.  Then they can tweak the default settings for the affiliation letter.
