How to remote IHTSC devices That are not in SCCM
- Click on your start menu and type “quick assist” and open the application
- Then Select “Help Someone”
- Sign in with your OrthoIndy account
- Then have them search for quick assist on their end and provide them with the code.
- Have them put in the code and select “Submit”
- Have them check the “I understand” box and select “Allow”
- Select the “Request control” on your side
- Have them select “Allow”
