Citrix Environment Troubleshooting.

If Citrix fails to launch applications:
* Verify Citrix Workspace is installed
*Open Citrix Workspace if it is not showing in the hidden icon tray
*If the Citrix app opens in the wrong program, associate .ica files with Citrix Connection Manager.
- Go into Default Apps > choose default apps by file type > search or scroll down to .ica > Associate with Citrix Connection Manager.
-If there is no option to select CCM, search for file location and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\wfcrun32
* If Citrix apps do not auto launch, they can be opened from the downloads folder.  
-Clear browser cache (all time), this will force them to sign back into the Citrix environment > Detect Receiver > Check mark the box to always allow > Open.  Apps will now auto launch.
