Configuring AlexGold

Setup computer in AlexGold on your PC not the PC replacement

· Login via the AlexGold login provided in Bitwarden

· Click on Configuration Manager

· Click on Physical Setup

· Click on Workstation

· Click on Add (It takes a few for the white box to come up to set up the workstation)

· Workstation is the computer name your putting in (GWDOExxxxxxxx)

· Startup Page (Instrument Tracking)

· Location your replacing (SPD Main, SPD West, SPD-MDR- WestField, SPD South)

· Hospital/Campus (Site computer is going in)

· Set Assembly (Site computer is going in)

· Def. Sterilization Location Destination (Sterilization Site)

· Def. Decontamination Location Destination (Decontamination Site)

· Def. Repair/Maintenance Location Destination (Repair an Maintenance Site)

· Click Add

Configuring the printers is easiest to mirror off PC that you are replacing:

· Click Configuration Manager

· Click Physical Setup

· Click label Printers tab

· Scroll till you see the  computer name an left click to select it

· Then left click  the label type

· Then left click the printer name

· All these selections will be highlighted green

· Then click update (Nothing will happen)

· Go to workstation tab then go back to label printing an select the pc you selected to see if the printers you selected stayed green

Set work Station       

Log into AlexGold on new PC using credentials in Bitwarden

Select set workstation

Select the workstation name you added into AlexGold an click Set
