-Connect device to MacBook and double click on it within Apple Configurator
-Grab SN and go to Apple Business site, if already assigned, Unassign.
-Within the MDM, go to Lifecycle > Registration > Sync Devices.
-Device should not show within registration.
-MacBook Apple Configurator: Click "Prepare" and "Erase" if prompted.
-Accept all defaults (If it fails, open phone until captive wifi succeeds. Prepare again and press replace and continue when prompted)
-Within Apple Business, search for device and Assign Device Management (Select Airwatch from drop down)
-Within MDM Registration, Sync Devices > Apple > Sync, and it should now appear
-Check box next to device in MDM > More Actions > Assign Profile > Drop down to Ortho PT
-Connect device to BYOD
-Enroll with oistaging / Amigo@Spotter
-Enable Location Services
-Device should now be visible in MDM / Devices and is ready for full configuration.
